The Prarochet hut, at the foot of the Tsanfleuron glacier, is not on the Tour du Wildhorn, but it can serve as a stopover for those wishing to make a long trek from the Vaud Alps to the Bernese Alps. It is easily accessible from the summit of Les Diablerets, as well as from the Col du Sanetsch.
From the Prarochet hut, you can reach the Audannes hut in 5h30 and the Gelten hut via the Arpelistock in 5h30.
